- History of the winery and Sherry at the board meeting room.
- Visit to the half-buried San Patricio cellar with wines under biological ageing.
- Visit to the half-buried Tio Guillermo cellar with wines under oxidative ageing.
- Visit to the Bellavista viewpoint and the Sherry fortification tanks.
- Visit to the Brandy cellar and its famous “ bone beams” by Miguel Fissac.
- Visit to the XIX century labels museum.
- 17h 30: Presentation of assistance certificates.
