GENERAL TERMS OF GRUPOGARVEY.COM
The use of services or the contracting of products in Grupogarvey.com implies your acceptance of the following general terms:
1. - Acceptance and Availability of the General Terms of Contract.

The Clients accept the General terms from the moment they use or purchase any product. This document may be printed and kept by the Clients. 2. - Applicable rules.
These General Terms are subject to the content of the law 7/1998 of 13 April, regarding the General Contract Terms, the law 26/1984 of 19 July, General Law for the Protection of Users and Consumers, the Royal Decree 1906/1999, of 17 December, 1999, by which general terms of contracts made by telephone or electronically are governed, the Personal Information Act 15/1999, of 13 December, the Law 7/1996, of 15 January of the Retail Traders’ Law, and the law 34/2002 of 11 July, Law of Services related to the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.
3. - Modifications to the General Terms.
Grupogarvey.com may change the General Terms, in order to improve the services and products offered via Grupogarvey.com, so long as they inform the Clients with sufficient notice. The obligation to provide such notice will be deemed as fulfilled upon the changing of the General Terms posted on the website, Grupogarvey.com. In any case before using the services or contracting products the General Terms can be checked.
4. - Intellectual Property.
The material supplied by Grupogarvey.com is subject to the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights, owned exclusively by the COMPLEJO BODEGUERO BELLAVISTA, S.L.U. or the persons or legal entity as indicated. By the purchase of a product, Grupogarvey.com does not confer to the purchaser any right to alter, make use of, reproduce, distribute, or make any public communications regarding the same, Grupogarvey.com reserves all such rights. The concession of the rights mentioned would require the previous written consent from Grupogarvey.com.
The intellectual property is extended to include, as well as the content in Grupogarvey.com, the graphics, logos, design, images and type code used for its programming.
5. - Use of the service and liabilities.
Grupogarvey.com does not guarantee the permanent availability of the services, being exonerated from any type of liability for possible damages and losses caused through the non-availability of the service due to force majeure or errors in the networks of data transfer for reasons beyond their control.

These General Terms will be governed and interpreted according to the Laws of Spain.

All the notifications, requisites, petitions and other communications that have to be made by the parties regarding these General Terms, should be made in writing and they will be considered as being duly made when delivered by hand or sent by normal post to the address of the other party or by e-mail to the same, or to any address or e-mail that for this purpose each party may indicate to the other.
9. - Nullity or Ineffectiveness of the Clauses.
If any clause included in the General Terms were to be declared, totally or partially, null or void, such nullity or ineffectiveness will affect only that clause or the part of the same that has become null or void, remaining valid the rest of the General Terms, taking the said clause, or the part of the same that is affected as being inexistent.
